Picked this up at the government Liquor Store right before Christmas, it was a back up present incase I got caught receiving a gift and had nothing for the unexpected gift giver.
Anyway, I knew any new world Merlot would be a good gift, and to my surprise the back description metnioned that the merlot had been whole-berry fermented. Awesome, a gamay style merlot is my fav, and luckily this guy was left under the tree for me!
For $14 this Chile merlot was really nice. Slightly chilled and smooth tannins made for a perfect post holiday, pre new years eve jammy bubblelicious good time. ERRAZURIZ WINERY
